Couplings with removable flexible elements
Removable flexible transmission couplings are mechanical components designed to connect two rotating shafts in order to transmit torque and compensate for misalignment and vibrations. Their peculiarity lies in the fact that the flexible element can be inspected or replaced without the need to move or disassemble the connected machinery (e.g. motor and pump).
How they are made
These couplings generally consist of:- Two hubs/hub and flange complete with removable flange secured to the motor and driven shaft.
- A set of flexible elements made of elastomer.
The "removable" feature means the flexible elements can be replaced just by removing the fastening screws and moving the removable flange axially while leaving the hubs in their original positions.
Quick maintenance: They allow machine maintenance to be carried out quickly, eliminating the downtime usually needed to realign the system.
GMCS series
Couplings with rubber elements that can be disassembled from one side. The rubber elements can be replaced without removing the coupled components by simply disassembling the coupling crown wheel.

Couplings with rubber elements that can be disassembled from either side. The rubber elements can be replaced without removing the coupled components by simply disassembling the coupling crown wheel.
GSF series
Couplings with rubber elements, fitted with a flange for direct connection to the flywheels of endothermic engines. The rubber elements can be replaced without removing the coupled components by simply disassembling the coupling crown wheel.
