Couplings with rubber elements and spacers

Couplings with flexible elements and spacers are transmission components designed to connect two misaligned shafts and dampen shocks and vibrations. The interposed spacer allows the flexible elements and hubs to be removed without the need to move the connected machines, thus ensuring quick and easy maintenance.

How they are made

These couplings generally consist of:

  1. Two hubs/hub and flange complete with removable spacer secured to the motor and driven shaft.
  2. A set of flexible elements made of elastomer.

Back-Pull-Out maintenance: The spacer offers a significant benefit as it allows easy access to the flexible element so that the internal components can be removed without the need to move the motor or driven machine away.
Applications: These couplings are particularly popular for heavy-duty applications in the industrial sector, or where quick interventions are required, such as with electric pumps, compressors and industrial fans.

Hub-hub couplings with rubber elements and spacers, suitable for any application that requires quick and easy maintenance on the coupled machines. Inserting a spacer allows the rubber elements to be replaced and hubs to be disassembled without moving the machines. Especially suitable for electric pumps.

Hub-hub couplings with rubber elements and spacers, for applications that require maintenance on the coupled machines without moving them. They have hubs and bushes already machined with a bore and keyway. Especially suitable for electric pumps.
